Cotton Waste

In the cotton waste cleaning operations, we take the cotton gin motes from cotton ginners or growers, the cotton or cotton/synthetic card waste and motes from textile mills, and re-clean this material into usable form, using equipment similar to what a cotton mill uses.

Cleaned cotton waste is used for coarse yarn spinning and cotton felts for mattresses and futons, paper making, bleached wadding, cosmetic puffs, etc.

We buy many different grades of cotton waste, which we select clean and blend to customers specifications.

Recycled White (RCB) and Color (RCC) Cottons

This fiber is the result of the careful selection of cloth clippings from cutting tables of the garment manufacturing companies converted into fiber in our state of the art equipment.

Synthetic Waste

1st. quality : Lots, over productions.

2 nd quality: Mixed deniers, whites only, Blended Waste.
